In 1999, Marianne Seifert founded Marianne's Senior Placement Services, a service that helps the elderly population in Redding understand their options if they need, or want, to move into an assisted living facility or residential care facility. She has been providing this service for 24 years and is passionate about helping seniors and their families make the best decisions for their care. In 2019, Marianne, published The Senior Source, a resource directory focused entirely on the needs of seniors. Over the 24 years, she recognized a need for this type of resource, especially if you are from out of the area, and is proud to have created a comprehensive guide to help seniors navigate through the aging process.
